In order to register a training in SILC, you must fill out the  Training Registration form at least two weeks in advance of the proposed training date:
  • Name of the training
  • Brief description of the training
  • Training date and schedule
  • Person in charge of organizing the training and his/her phone number and email
  • Type of room required for training (see types of rooms available under “Training Equipment and Facilities” page)
  • Number and description (i.e. nurses, pediatric consultants, outreach center staff etc.) of participants
  • Price of training 
Additionally, in order to maintain the facilities within SILC, we require a small fee for the use of the facilities and equipment. Your training will not be officially reserved until your payment has been processed. See information below about cost and payment for SILC facilities: 

For Dhulikhel Hospital Staff: 

To reserve any room within SILC – 100 NRs per person per day  

For Outside Organizations: 

To reserve the “Morning Conference Hall” – 15,000 NRs per day
To reserve the “Small Conference Hall” – 5,000 NRs per day
To reserve any other rooms with SILC – 3,000 NRs per day
To reserve ALL SILC facility and equipment – 25,000 NRs per day
