I am currently the Head of Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Dhulikhel hospital. As part of my work I perform most of the otorhinolaryngology surgeries.  Dhulikhel hospital is also a tertiary referral center for Sleep medicine in Nepal, I spend most of my time treating patients with sleep related breathing disorders. I am also involved in academic activities for under and post-graduate courses.

I have some publications in indexed journals in Otorhinolaryngology related topics. Similarly, I am also involved in organizing bi-annual national and international workshops related to Sleep medicine, Otology and Rhinology in Nepal in collaboration with German and Nepalese expert  team.
