Namaste!

I am currently the head of department of internal medicine and director for hospital services in Dhulikhel hospital. As being a tertiary referral center for interventional endoscopy in Nepal, I mostly spend the majority of my time in the endoscopy department performing therapeutic endoscopic procedures mostly related to pancreato-biliary problems such as stone , malignant obstruction of biliary tract and treatment of pancreatic fluid collection along with several other endoscopic and endosographic (EUS) procedures.

As an HoD and director hospital services, I am also involved with organizing and executing academic activities for under and post-graduate courses, and  in addition spending my extra time in the hospital management side in order to ensure the stand of care in the hospital .

Research

I have few publications in indexed journals on internal medicine and gastroenterology related topics. I have also been organizing bi-yearly national and international workshops on interventional endoscopy and basic endoscopy in Nepal in collaboration with German and Nepali team.
